This pleasant one-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet residential area close to the beach of Pointe Croisette. The building is very well maintained. The apartment is on the first floor and benefits from a nice terrace overlooking the street. The main room is comfortable with its two sofas and its small dining area. One of the sofas has a double bedding. The open kitchen is fully equipped. The large bedroom features two single beds that we can assemble into a double. The bathroom offers a shower and a tub. It is completely open onto the bedroom. For more comfort, toilets are separated. This accommodation is very pleasant to live in. You can reach the beach, shops & restaurants of the area in few minutes walking. It is an ideal place for a successful holiday in Cannes.
