The space
Set on 2,500 m² of landscaped grounds, the villa offers calm surroundings and wide open views from Théoule to the Port of Cannes. Inside and out, everything is designed for comfort and easy living.

Amenities include a heated infinity pool (May to October), a 12 person spa heated year round on request, pool house with summer kitchen and barbecue, large terrace, pétanque court, ping pong table, wine cellar, ice maker, electric fireplace, and smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms (except the children’s room).

The main villa hosts up to 8 guests, with two independent studios that are perfect for guests, teens, or staff, offering up to 6 additional beds.

Inside the main living area, you’ll find a bright living room with fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, all opening onto a panoramic terrace and lawn with sea and mountain views over the Bay of Cannes.
