This beautifully decorated Provençal home sits in a peaceful area of Mougins, just a 15 minute drive from Cannes and the historic village center. It’s comfortable, welcoming, and ideal for a relaxed stay on the French Riviera.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living room with fireplace, a dining area, guest toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a covered terrace with barbecue for easy outdoor meals. The house offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a loggia, and a private 3,000 m² garden where you can truly unwind and feel at home.

For everyone’s comfort, weddings and late night parties are not permitted.

The space
The main living area combines a cozy lounge with soft furnishings, an open fireplace, and a dining space. The fully equipped kitchen leads directly to the outdoor dining terrace and barbecue area.

On the ground level, there is a master bedroom with its own bathroom, plus one double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds that share a bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find another double bedroom with a private bathroom.

The villa is set on private grounds with a lovely swimming pool that is enclosed for children’s safety. The beaches of Cannes are less than 8 km away.

For walking or jogging, Valmasque Park is directly accessible from the street. Nearby you’ll also find an equestrian center for riding lovers, a small amusement park for children, and the “Scène 55” in Mougins, which hosts theatre, dance, and puppet shows. Several golf courses and excellent restaurants are close by.
