The Pavilion, formerly known as the Grand Hotel, was built in 1864 and was once a favorite retreat for English nobility. The apartment, located on the second floor with an elevator, boasts a shooting balcony, stunning sea views, and overlooks the lush park. The sandy beaches near Mistral Square are easily accessible via a private passage. The Palais des Festival is just a 12-minute walk away, either through the charming old town of Le Suquet or along the scenic seaside path by the old port.

Upon arrival, the apartment will be fully prepared and cleaned in accordance with COVID-19 protocols, including the ventilation and disinfecting of all high-contact areas, as well as laundering of bed and bath linens at high temperatures by a professional service. A cleaning service is included after your stay, and we ask that you maintain the property during your time there. We also provide welcome kits with essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, washing machine and dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and floor cleaners.

Guests have full access to the apartment, including its sea views. Please note, no pets are allowed.
