In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains two single beds.

There are 4 bathrooms.

The first bathroom has a toilet and hand basin, bathtub with overhead shower and a bidet. It is ensuite to the master bedroom.

The second bathroom has a hand basin and a walk-in shower. It is ensuite to the first guest bedroom.

The third bathroom has a hand basin and a walk-in shower. It is situated next to the second guest bedroom.

The fourth bathroom has a hand basin and a toilet and is adjacent on the second bedroom.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
– Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
– Smoking is not allowed.
– There are on-site parking facilities available at the property, for which there is an additional daily charge of euro 15.
– Pets are not allowed at the property.
– Car park has a tariff of Eur 15/day – reservation requested – payable before arrival
– Bed Linen and bath towels are included for bookings up to 4 people – additional guests will cost 30 Euros per person per stay.
– Additional cleaning and linen change is available upon request and price to be paid on arrival
– Local tourist tax of 3EUR per person per night is payable directly by bank transfer or by credit card to the property owner at least 7 days prior to arrival
