A 20 minute walk to the Palais des Festival, and a little less to the first part of the Croisette, this one bedroom apartment is comfortable and very well kept.

In an older and more comfortable style, the owner has put a lot of attention to detail and equipment.

On entering the apartment the bedroom and bathroom are to your left and can be closed off with a door to completely separate the living and sleeping area, direclty ahead of you is the main living and sitting area and to your right is the kitchen.

The bedroom has a double bed and large sliding windows out onto the terrace, with nice bright and open views.

The bathroom has a bathtub with shower attachment and a washbasin. There is a separaate guest toilet.

The kitchen is small but very well equipped, just what you need to cook a proper meal or just have a quick breakfast.

The living are is very comfortable with a nice sofa and two armchairs, a coffee table (which can be lifted up into a dining table) and flat screen TV. Behind the shelves to your right is a double pull down bed.

The terrace is large and well equipped, with a nice sun lounger, a table and chairs for 4 and very nice open views over the green and tidy park and the shared pool on the grounds.
