A very modern and well set up 2 bedroomed apartment very close to the Center and the Palais des Festivals.

On entering you see the living area to your left, which is spacious and has large windows opening to the street scene below. The windows are double glazed so once closed there is no noise nuisance.

The furnishing is of a nice and high standard, and there is a comfortable lounge area with a UHDT flat screen Smart TV (French cable channels and foreign news channels), Fibre Wifi internet access, and comfy chairs, and there is also a large dining table to seat 6 people. The sofa is convertible for one extra guest.
