A beautiful and modern three bedroom, three bathroom house, just at the bottom of the Californie area of Cannes, an easy walk to the Croisette. The house is set in a secure residence at the bottom of the Californie area of Cannes, called "Basse Californie", barely a 10 minute walk from the Croisette, Hotel Martinez area, and about a 19 min walk to the Palais des Festivals. Enter the house on ground level, into a very spacious, light and well furnished living area, with two sofas, flat screen TV, air conditioned. A dining table for 6, looking onto large sliding windows. Out of the windows is a large, sunlit terrace where you can enjoy all your meals and just relax in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen is open plan but slightly hidden from the living area, you will find all the kitchen ware you need, a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, ... Down the stairs is the master bedroom which is spacious, with a double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and a bathtub, and a double sink. There is also a toilet here. Back in the lounge level, up on floor are two more bedrooms, one with two single beds, one with a double bed, both have an en-suite shower room and toilet. On the landing between these bedrooms, is access (with a large and secure ladder) to a mezzanine which has a single bed for any extra guests! On the 1st floor, bedroom level, there is also a lovely, very large sunlit terrace, also accessible from the house entrance, with comfortable furniture to relax in the sun.
