Set in a secure residence, the studio has been redecorated in 2017, to a nice comfortable style and very well equipped. Very well apportioned, there is a good quality sofa bed in the main room, a flat screen TV, some storage and two arm chairs. The large french windows take you out onto the large terrace, which can be either closed with sliding windows to prolong the living area, or completely open making it into a real terrace. On here you will find a table for two or three people, a nice sitting area with a coffee table. At the other end of the terrace is a washing machine, microwave and cutlery drawers as an extension of the kitchen. Back into the main room, you have a lovely and very well equipped kitchen, with hobs, a fridge, and oven, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Also from the main room, there is a modern shower room with a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin.
