This Villa is a large family home which is set up and maintained with relaxed comfort in mind. Just a few minutes by car or bus to Central Cannes, or a 20 Minute walk, it is very well located as a peaceful getaway from the hussle and bussle of Central Cannes!

The Villa is set up on 2 levels, with most of the bedrooms on the upper level as well as a living area, 3 bathrooms and lovely terraces looking toward the garden and pool beyond and below!

8 single beds and 1 double bed.

The upper level has 3 bedrooms, each with Twin bed setups, and each with their own dedicated bathroom.

There is also a dining area and living area with Pool table!

In the lower area there are 2 more bedrooms, again each with a bathroom and there is also a smaller dining area, a lovely large kitchen which is fully equipped and also another living area. All rooms have large open up doors which lead onto the lower terrace, garden and swimming pool

The Swimming pool is 10 x 5,5 Meters and has a maximum depth of 2,3 Meters in the deep end.

There is a nice expanse of lawn, with flower beds and well developed trees and foliage which keep the garden area private, and it also leads down to it's own private Boules court!
