Directly outside the apartment building is the Bandstand and boules area, a great meeting place. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has no lift. On entering the apartment you come to an open-plan kitchen, which is well-fitted and proportioned, with a dining table. Beyond the kitchen is the living and dining area which is tastefully finished. There is also a large, high quality sofa bed for those extra visitors. The bedroom has a bunk bed arrangement with a double bed at the bottom and a single bed on top. Cooling is provided by two fans and heating by electric radiator and double glazing for the winter.
