The apartment is on the ground floor of a very secure building in a little street in the heart of town. The open-plan living room is modern and gets plenty of natural light as it opens out onto the large terrace which is just above street level. The sofa can be converted to a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped allowing guests to happily cater for themselves. There is a breakfast bar to enjoy meals at with three high chairs. The pleasant terrace, which is equipped with canopies is a good size. Two sun loungers, a large table and four chairs are provided. The bedroom also has access to the terrace. There are new twin beds here which can be either separated or pushed together to make a double. The bathroom has bath tub with shower attachment, a wash basin and a washing machine. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, in the entrance. There is wifi internet in this apartment.
