On the main floor there are many living spaces. Plenty of tables and chairs to hold meetings, or have large meals. There is a large separate kitchen, and bathroom facilities. This main floor, accessible directly from the garden, is easily made independent should you wish to entertain or hold a party. Going down one floor there is a "loft" space. This area has been designed to be light and spacious offering a private bathroom and office space (here you can have a video projector and use the white wall as a screen...) This floor can also be made independent and have street access. Going back up to the second floor, here you may find three additional bedrooms. The main bedroom boasts a large double bed, has a private balcony overlooking the garden and its own private shower room. The "wicker" room is beautifully decorated with wicker and iron cast furniture. It also boasts a double bed and exceptional views from the windows. The third room has three single beds, the rooms design is very modern and stylish. Both the "wicker room" and this room share a bathroom. However, there is a separate lavatory on the landing. There is a little laundry room on this floor with washing machine installed. The whole floor can be shut off from the rest of the house rendering it an ideal three bedroom retreat. Additionally there is an 'annex' to the villa with two additional rooms with sleeping for three and a very modern bathroom. On the other side of the house, there is an extra private room with a single bed, a shower and a small washbasin, ideal for a maid / nanny. The villa is only 2 minutes away from the Croisette walking past the Martinez Hotel. The Palais des festivals is about a 13 minute walk away, either going down the famous Rue d’Antibes shopping street or down the Croisette beachfront road.
