This is a lovely, modern studio with lots of charm on the prestigious Croisette. The studio is very light and spacious, with a very relaxing atmosphere. On entering the apartment you walk through the entrance hall with an open kitchen to your right and storage space to your left. You then walk through to the large living room. The living room is decorated in a modern and homely style with comfortable soft furnishings.
The sleeping area is located at the far end of the apartment and in a is partially separated from the main living area in an alcove. There is a large comfortable double bed. The sleeping area leads on to the shower room, fitted with a large walk in shower.
The open kitchen is well equipped for making decent meals for yourself and fellow guests. There is a large fridge/freezer as well as a microwave, kettle, toaster and four ring hob. There is also a washing machine and a dish washer in the apartment for your convenience.

The building is secure and very well maintained with a lovely entrance way, and the area in general is quiet and residential.

The apartment is air conditioned.
