The living area is large, comfortable and spacious and has all mod cons from iPod dock to digital TV, a selection of DVDs and comfortable easy chairs and large sofa. It is a much cherished 2nd home, and as such has a few more comforts than many other purely rental properties. The kitchen is narrow but large, and has all modern appliances and plenty of equipment. It is a pleasant kitchen with lots of light owing to the large windows at the end. Master bedroom is at the end of the apartment, and it has masses of storage space, including a walk in closet and also benefits from an En Suite bathroom with bath and hand held shower unit. The bed is large and comfortable, and the room is light and airy. The 2nd bedroom is smaller and has a very comfortable sofabed, ideal for one adult or 2 children, which is properly sprung to be similar in comfort to any regular bed. It can also of course be folded up if not required, giving the option for this room to be used as a 2nd quiet living area or office. It has large windows letting in much light, and again plenty of storage space. There is a secure garage with the apartment in the basement, with direct and easy access to the apartment level via a lift. It is a mid sized garage, suitable for regular saloon cars.
