A 25 min walk to the Palais des Festivals and the same to the train station, it is still very accessible for attending one of the many congresses in Cannes, or just having a relaxing holiday, being barely a 7 min walk (450 meters) from the Croisette sea front. It is on the ground floor of a very well-kept and secure building in a quiet street with easy parking. The sleeping arrangements are set out as 2 single beds and a small double sofa bed. Each sleeping area is separate and can be shut off with curtains for a little more privacy. It has a dining area for 4 inside and a small but fully equipped kitchen. There is also a lovely private terrace, great for meals outside.
