Madame bequeathed a large private collection of more than 6,000 works of art, ranging from classical to contemporary, bringing 5 centuries of French history to life. Each of the 102 rooms and 26 suites has been decorated and personalized with exceptional period furniture inspired by the most remarkable periods of French art.

From May to September, our beach club N La Plage, a true garden by the sea offers a bright atmosphere with its restaurant, lounge area and sunbeds. To this French art of living is added gastronomy with an innovative and creative cuisine. Virginie Basselot, Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman Chef), is at the helm of the MICHELIN-starred restaurant Le Chantecler and the contemporary brasserie La Rotonde.

Le Chantecler, revisits the codes of great gastronomy conferring to them lightness and sincerity while paying talented tribute to regional products. With its sumptuous woodwork dating back to 1751, Le Chantecler offers an 18th-century decor which is both ethereal and sumptuous for exceptional dinners. With its white and gold tones, La Rotonde is the expression of the French Riviera, in a chic and relaxed version. This great brasserie is a true institution close to the heart of those who live in Nice.

With its original walnut paneling from 1913 and stunning 1683 tapestry, Le 1913 bar is an intimate place for enjoying a drink. At night, it comes to life to the beat of jazz, pop and soul. Overlooking the Promenade des Anglais and tucked away under a canopy of palm trees, Le Versailles and its magnificent terrace is the perfect setting to celebrate the pleasures of life: audacious champagnes, inspiring cocktails or delicious sharing platters, every detail has been considered to ensure you spend a thoroughly delightful moment, bathed in the charm of the Riviera. Madame Augier’s apartments (owner of the Negresco from 1957 to 2019) will transform into a Presidential Suite starting in May 2025. This exceptional space overlooking the Bay of Angels will be a new extension of the Negresco’s DNA, following N la Plage and N Le Spa.
